Priority shipping is only time from when we actually bring to the post office and ship. Please allow 2-3 weeks to receive your order.

Tracking information is sent when shipping label is created. Contact us if your package hasn't arrived a few weeks after getting notification.

Email us as soon as possible for address changes and we will see if we can accommodate your order.

No refunds unless we messed up item or size.
